Refunds & Exchange

We offer refunds & exchange for defective or damaged items, as well as for orders that are returned or exchanged within the specified time frame.

Eligibility for Refunds & Exchange:

Items must be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase.
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Proof of purchase (e.g., order number, receipt) is required to process a refund.
Return or exchange are only applicable to the purchase price of the product. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake made by Khewra Mist (e.g., incorrect item shipped, defective product).

How to Request a Refund or exchange:

Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and if applicable, a photo of the damaged or defective item.
Once we receive your request, we will issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item.

Processing the Refund:

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal).

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges:

Products purchased after 7 days of the original purchase date. Products that have been used, modified, or damaged by the customer.
